I have had the new Firelite for about a week been working fine until today I am getting the Cypress AT2LP RC42 message. Any help would be greatly appreciated. When I plug it into the USB port, it lights > up momentarily; but there's no Safely Remove Hardware icon in the system > tray, and the drive doesn't appear in http://actuma.com/cypress-at2lp/cypress-at2lp-rc42-windows-7-driver.php External HD problem "Cypress AT2LP RC42" Discussion in 'Hardware' started by cdpaul, Jun 19, 2006.

The fix involved doing a flash update of the drive enclosure, so that the configuration information again reported a "USB mass storage" type device. Same problem with 3 diff HDs.

Download Now (1MB) Cypress AT2LP RC42 is a windows driver. These driver(s) may not work with your computer. After that, I installed all the high-priority Microsoft updates that followed the installation of Word.
